The Nikon D800 is one of the most anticipated DSLRs in a long time. It is hard to believe that it has been been over 3 years since their previous release the D700.
It will offer 36.3 Mega Pixel which beats the competition for this type of DSLR.
The D800 will go on sale this month and will be much more affordable then the 16mp D4 and will have some better features.
Nikon is hoping this release will make them more competitive than Canon with their big seller the 5D MARK II.
The D800 will also be great for video as the D4 is but it will be a lot less expensive and much easier to use.
